Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle practice of monitoring and improving the function of a semi-closed hydraulic system contained within a tough waterproof membrane (the Dura Mater) which envelopes the brain and the spinal cord.

Focusing on the concept of “primary respiration” and regulating the flow of cerebrospinal fluid by using therapeutic touch to regulate the joints of the cranium.

To do this, the practitioner will apply light touch to the client’s skull, face, spine and pelvis to release tensions deep within the body that relieves pain and dysfunction in order to improve whole body health and performance.
